This is a great opportunity for someone who is a customer service pro, loves being active and on their feet all day, and is comfortable driving all types of vehicles. Job Summary: You will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and an excellent first and last impression to every guest of the Crystal Lodge. You will be able to explain the services available in the hotel and guide guests to their destinations in and around Whistler. You will be assisting guest load and unload their luggage, escorting guests to their rooms and parking guest vehicles. What qualities are we looking for? - Currently living in the Sea to Sky corridor with excellent knowledge of Whistler and the surrounding area - Previous hotel experience preferred - Valid BC Driver's license required - Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles - First Aid certification is an asset - Strong customer service and problem resolution skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work on your feet all day, lift luggage, push and pull bell cart - Must be eligible to work in Canada.
